Work out outdoors. PLAN: Run 2 miles by the river every other morning. REALITY: Hit snooze too many times to run before work. Get home at 11 p.m. and try running by the river. Feels rape-y. Also: too many rats. Rectify situation by taking it to the main, well-lit streets. Run as far as you can without throwing up. Realize you now have to somehow get back to your apartment.
